It is a dream of every Muslim to visit the Holy House of ALLAH (S.W.T) and Mosque of Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). To perform Hajj which is the major pilgrim and one of the five pillars of Islam and Umrah is a minor pilgrim. Umrah is Sunnah while Hajj is mandatory but there are certain conditions for compulsion of Hajj. According to Quran, Hajj is mandatory for those who are financially strong and physically and mentally fit. Hajj and Umrah require a lot of physical efforts. But if anyone is physically or medically disabled and still want to perform Hajj or Umrah so they can if the right preparations are made. There are plenty of facilities (i.e. wheelchairs, escalator) available for handicaps at the airport and in the airlines as well. When you land at Jeddah or Madinah Airport you can avail these facilities as well. But the buses in which you left for Makkah have no such facilities. So here you have to pre-book your own vehicle by asking our agent. Try to choose the Hotel which is nearest from the Holy Mosque. It will easy for you to reach Haram with your old/disabled Pilgrim with fewer efforts. All hotels in Makkah and Madinah are equipped with the facilities which are required by a disabled pilgrim. We advise you to carry an easily portable and flexible wheelchair while travelling with a disabled person.

In Holy Mosque you can rent a wheelchair for your handicap person to push by yourself. Or else you can hire a person as well to push the wheelchair for you during Tawaf. For Sa’ee you have two options one is wheelchair and other is an electronic cart.  It is available on the top floor of Safa and Marwah. But electronic cart is slightly expensive to book so choose according to your budget and convenience.
